Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free to AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA for whole turkeys and non-whole turkey orders over $50.
Express shipping is $10 per whole turkey and $10 flat for non-whole turkey orders over $50.
Orders received by 6 AM PST Monday – Wednesday ship same day. Orders received after 6 AM PST Wednesday ship the following Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed as well as a tracking number when the order ships.
We do not guarantee delivery dates as carrier delays are out of our control. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
Return Policy
Here At Diestel Turkey, we want you to have the best turkey products available and take great pride in fulfilling that desire. Should any issues arise please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns.
Shipments during January through October are not able to be cancelled within three days of your delivery date. Shipments during November and December are not able to be cancelled within five days of your delivery date.
